1. Sales Representative (Province)
Job Descriptions
– To work through the province areas assigned by company policies.
– To work territory province areas around 25days to 26days per month
– To promote/sale products to customer, Doctors, Midwives, Nurse.
– Support superior in managing day-to-day operating.
– Implement action plans (e.g. make regular calls/visits, take orders, etc.) to achieve target for assigned businesses.
– To expand customer coverage.
– Track self/team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans.
– Report on the activities and products of the competitors via inputs to the competition reports.
– Record sales data for reporting and tracking purposes.
– Prepare work plan and sales report. (Daily, Monthly and Yearly).
– Maintain relevant customer data in appropriate customer relationship and management databases.
– Maintain a customer complaints/issues log and follow up on customer issues.
– Inform current and prospective customers of promotions and new/upgraded products.
– Timely monitoring and sending feedback on market activities to company.
– High responsible to products and cash on hand.
– Work other tasks which assigned by managers.
Job Requirements
– Diploma or professional qualification in Business.
– Studies Pharmacist/Medical/Marketing or a related discipline or health sciences university.
– One to two years of working experience as territory sales medical field (Province).
– Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers.
– Demonstrate basic knowledge in assigned territories/products/services and strong selling skills.
– Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills.
– Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
– Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken.
2. Sales Representative (Phnom Penh)
Job Description
– Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
– Implement action plans (e.g. make regular calls/visits, take orders, etc.) to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses.
– Track self/team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans. Prioritize and review daily sales activities performed.
– Execute sales activities for assigned businesses/territories, including product portfolios and marketing plan introductions, order taking, marketing display set-ups, and in-store merchandising.
– Prepare quotation/tender prices, delivery, and commercial terms, in accordance with company policies
– Report on the activities and products of the competitors via inputs to the competition reports.
– Record sales data for reporting and tracking purposes. Maintain relevant customer data inappropriate customer relationship management databases.
– Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc. Track and collect payments from customers.
– Maintain a customer complaints/issues log and follow up on customer issues.
– Respond to customer orders and queries. Inform current and prospective customers of promotions and new/upgraded products.
– Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products. Support internal stakeholders in relationship development with key customers.
Job Requirements

3. Account Receivable Officer
- Job Responsible:
• Issue Sale Order from sale team and pass to Inventory department
• Issue Sale Invoices after approval from Delivery Note from Inventory department
• Monitor outstanding invoices and communicate with Sale team to advise them that payment is due and what alternative way available to them for paying our invoices.
• Update with accountant when receive from bank or payment notice from clients
• Monitor and reconcile Accounts Receivable
• Organize and file invoice and receipt
• Daily arrange invoice due term for collector to collect payment
• Collect cash from collector and pass to accountant
• Other tasks assigned by Supervisor. - Technical Requirement:
• Communication Skills
• Able to use office computer programs e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Organized and efficient
• Good attention to detail
• Able to plan, priorities and meet deadlines. - Required Skill:
• Degree in Accounting
• Fluent written and spoken Khmer
• Account Receivable experiences is an advantage
• Good English speaking and writing.
4. Tax Officer
- Job Responsible:
• Prepare income and expense documents for monthly and annual tax declaration
• Go to the bank for withdraw and Deposit Chequeen
• Go to the bank for oversea transfer
• Prepare documents in and out for Ministry of Health
• Other tasks assigned by Supervisor. - Technical Requirement:
• Communication Skills
• Able to use office computer programs e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Organized and efficient
• Good attention to detail
• Able to plan, priorities and meet deadlines. - Required Skill:
• Degree in Accounting
• Fluent written and spoken Khmer
• Account Receivable experiences is an advantage
• Good English speaking and writing.
5. IT and Graphic Design Officer
Job Description
– Develop Company’s Website
– Develop concepts graphics
– Responsible for the conceptualization, design and development of communication materials for our brands and outlets
– Creating and developing concepts, layout, finished art for print and social media
– Events and trade shows design
– Be involved in all company related matters
– Design artwork of company, vacancy, logo, banner, and other marketing material as required.
– Ensure anything quality standard company requirement.
